Basic Income Nova Scotia (BIG-NS) works supports the work of Basic Income Canada Network (BICN), Coalition Canada Basic Income - revenu de base, and the National Forum on Basic Income, contributing to their advocacy efforts for a basic income guarantee (BIG) whenever possible. BIG-NS works closely with Basic Income NOW Atlantic Canada and endorses the Basic Income NOW Atlantic Canada consensus statement.

BIG-NS has partnered with many organizations throughout Nova Scotia including the United Way, Municipalities, Libraries, Universities, Faculty Associations, Community Health Boards and Anti-Poverty Action Groups when holding our conferences and advocating for a basic income in a variety of other ways.
