With the upcoming Federal Election in mind we have created a list of talking points you can use when discussing Basic Income. They summarize the benefits of a Basic Income for different groups of society. Check the party platform page to inform yourself of the relevant policy statements from all parties.

Also included is a letter you can use to send to the political candidates in your riding, the political party leaders, provincially and federal politicians, etc. Feel free to download this letter, use it as is, or modify it as you see fit. We have also included an Open Letter published by Basic Income Canada Network.The more your representative will hear about a Basic Income, the more Basic Income will become a political agenda item.
